REP. RAUL GRIJALVA VISITS ALBUQUERQUE FRIDAY, NOV 20TH FOR BERNIE SANDERS RALLIES AND MEETINGS!! JOIN US!!

Congressman Raul M. Grijalva, AZ-3, comes to Albuquerque this Friday for a series of events for Bernie Sanders and his own campaign. Some of these events are public and some private meetings. We especially hope you can attend the UNM rally and the evening fundraiser.

Raul Grijalva is one of the bravest and most consistent progressive voices for peace and justice in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has championed educational and immigrant bills, voter rights, and so many other important issues. He serves on the board of PDAmerica and is co-chair of the Progressive Caucus in Congress.

9:30 AM- Latinos for Bernie holds its NM kickoff. Eric Griego and Eleanor Chavez, PDACNM members, co-chair Latinos for Bernie, and will be introducing Grijalva. This event will be at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC).

12:30 PM- UNM Students for Bernie Rally, at the plaza outside SUB/Popejoy. Everyone welcome! Wear your Bernie gear!! Sponsored by UNM Students for Bernie (Tre Graves and Nathan Seagull, leaders)

5:30 PM- Rep. Grijalva Fundraiser. By invitation only, $100/person. Contact Laura Stokes, 328-1767 for ticket information.

In between these events Rep. Grijalva will be meeting with students, UNM officials, and Latino Progressives at various meetings. We appreciate his involvement with our community, and his endorsement of Senator Sanders.
